Security and Server Information

Network Redundancy: Available bandwidth from multiple carriers, for multiple fiber connections. This ensures full network redundancy as well as maximum speed to and from servers.

Power Supply:  We have a site-wide uninterrupted power supply, ensuring that in the unlikely event of a power failure, all systems will remain powered. A generator backup solution and the installation of a dual power grid gives clients unparalleled protection against power outages.

Connection: Multiple cables entering the building from different locations and carriers ensure that if one fiber gets cu,t others will be available. In fact, the complete facility is designed for fault tolerance and maximum redundancy to ensure that servers stay up and connected to the Internet.

  Superior Telco-Grade Facility: The telephone industry discovered that when disasters occur, loss of communications has a direct correlation to increased deaths and property damage. For that reason, they established a standard for their facilities called telco-grade. A telco central office is designed specifically to remain operational in the event of a disaster. Our server location provider follows stringent telco-grade standards and is located in a telco-central office facility.

Environment: We have specialized air conditioning to ensure machines don't get overheated. Our facility is also equipped with an advanced air filtration system. Raised Floors also allow better operation of the cooling system, and increased efficiency of wiring. These features, along with scheduled cleanings, avoid downtime experienced by many Service Providers.

Disasters: Our facility is completely earthquake and hurricane safe. Additionally, a nondestructive Halon fire suppression system ensures that water will not damage equipment in the event of a fire.
